Interview Annso – Woman P’Cante
P’Cante was born as a clothing brand for women, but from the start I wanted it to be more than fashion. We believe in and admire the woman who moves the world at her own pace and in her own way: authentic, always evolving, creator, leader, dreamer… and yes, also that woman who never loses her feminine and sensual side at every stage of her life.

There comes a moment in life when we all ask ourselves: what is truly the purpose of what I do?
When I asked myself this question in relation to P’Cante, the answer came quickly, in three words that became pillars: Create, Communicate, Support. These are the values I want to guide the evolution of P’Cante.
That is why we created Mujer P’Cante: a monthly editorial where we celebrate real, inspiring women – the kind we like to have close because they remind us of what we are capable of. Beyond creating fashion, we want to build a community of support, admiration, and feminine complicity. A network of strength, but also tenderness – because let’s be honest, we all carry a lot on our shoulders, and yet we keep shining!.
This month is particularly special to me, because we launch the campaign with a woman who deeply inspired me during a period of personal change: Ann-Sophie Mounier, or simply Annso Mounier, as her friends call her.

Annso is French by birth and an athlete at heart. She grew up in a military boarding school that gave her discipline and character, and later, life took her around the world alongside her husband, Anthony Mounier, a professional football player. From moving to moving, Annso traced her own path: first as a kangoo instructor, then as an entrepreneur with her own sportswear brand Annsoavocado, and later as a participant in programs and events that challenged her and made her stronger (yes, even Survivor Koh-Lanta).
But that’s not all: Annso is also a wife, daughter, friend, woman of the world… and above all, mother of two wonderful and very sporty boys, Malo and Tommy. Balancing motherhood, business, sport, and personal life may resemble a tightrope act – but seeing her do it with energy, humor, and style is what makes her a true source of inspiration for many of us.

And now, the best part: discovering her through her own words.
Questions:
– What are the three pillars that guide your life?
My husband, my children, my family. My engines of life.
– Among all your roles (entrepreneur, mom, wife, woman), what is the most difficult to balance?
– Everything is difficult, there are times when some roles are easier or harder than others.(The one I neglect the most is my role as a woman… because it comes after everything else. I try to work on it, because finding balance allows you to feel fulfilled in all roles.) But I have resigned myself to not being perfect in every role, it’s impossible. You have to accept that there are ups and downs.
The only thing I tell myself is that I try to give the best of myself every time.

– For you, sport is not just an activity, it’s almost a lifestyle. But tell us, what is the one thing you still struggle to find time for in your daily routine?
– Taking care of myself. After work and family, there is little time left for me. But as the years go by, I also try to organize myself to think about me.
– In your role as an entrepreneur: do you surround yourself with a team that supports you, or do you prefer to keep the reins yourself?
– For a long time I preferred to keep the reins myself, because it’s like my baby, and finding trustworthy people is very difficult. So I have worked with family until now… but to evolve and move forward you must surround yourself with a team. I’m learning to trust little by little by delegating, because I realize I absolutely cannot manage everything alone.
– Tell us about a moment when you felt fragile… and how you overcame it.
– In addition to my work as a sports coach and my clothing brand, I travel a lot to take on sports challenges and train future instructors, so I am rarely at home with my family. They also have pretty full schedules. So I feel a lot of guilt, I try to overcome it by spending quality time whenever I’m with them, creating as many memories as possible, so that my absence is not too strongly felt when I’m away.

– And now, the bright side: a moment when you felt really proud of yourself.
– I feel proud when I organize an event and everyone is super excited to push themselves together! I love seeing people happy, doing sports, meeting, sharing… I feel useful and it makes me feel good.
– What is that little ritual you do only for yourself, that indulgence or personal space you don’t share with anyone?
– Using my womanizer?
– As a mom: how do you make sport not an obligation, but something your children really love and integrate naturally into their lives?
– Sport has disciplined my life since I was very young, it has always been part of my development and education. My parents were also very sporty. It came naturally, and our children also have sporty parents, it’s part of our routines.
And when we don’t do it, we don’t feel good, we need it.
– What do you admire most in a woman?
– Ambition, audacity and loyalty.

– What is your relationship with fashion? What does timeless style mean to you?
– I love fashion, even though my style is quite sporty and simple. I like matching colors and textures. You always train better if you’re stylish! And in fact, that’s why I decided to launch my sports brand.
– After a long day of sport, work and family… what do you wear to transform the evening and feel ready to go out and have fun?
– Outfits always quite simple, I often go for costume jewelry and details.
And always a pair of heels, because I’m the shortest of all my girlfriends

– And finally: leave a message to all the P’Cante women who read this article and follow you.
– Dare, believe in your dreams. Life is short, you have to bite into it, no matter what others think.
Thank you P’Cante, I wish you a wonderful adventure, bravo for this launch.
